Our mission is to empower young men and women to excel in competitive sports, grounded in biblical principles. We are dedicated to inspiring athletes to embody the fruits of the Spirit both on and off the court, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and character development. Together, we aim to cultivate champions who not only pursue athletic excellence but also lead with purpose and positivity in their communities.

We’re proud to introduce the dedicated individuals serving on the Board of Directors for our Salt and Light organization. This team of servant-leaders provides spiritual guidance, strategic planning, and oversight to ensure that our athletes have an opportunity to grow in faith, character, and athletic excellence. Together, our Board of Directors works behind the scenes to build a program that honors God, strengthens families, and empowers young athletes to compete with excellence.
